Some people think that success will automatically come their way. Occasionally that may happen. However 99% of all successful people pursued success starting with a desire and with passion.
Look at the farmer. He prepares the soil, plants the seeds, waters the ground and waits for the season to harvest his crops.
Success is planted one seed at a time, after all the ground work is done. One must then water the seeds and allow then to root, grow and produce fruit.
Then you can pick the trees.
